Mathematical and Theoretical Biology is an explosively growing field. The purpose of this meeting is to highlight exciting areas of growth in the field and to provide a perspective on future directions for the field itself and its links with Experimental Biology, Biotechnology and Medicine.

The meeting will consist of plenary talks, minisymposia, contributed talks, and poster sessions. There will be several field trips to volcanoes and waterfalls timed around the meeting. Student travel awards will be available.
