Mathematical/Statistical Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics
The Biomathematics Graduate Program of the Department of Statistics at
North Carolina State University invites applications for a
tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level. The
successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field such as
Statistics, Mathematics or Genetics, and a record of achievement in the
application of computational, mathematical and statistical techniques
to research in molecular biology, with special consideration given
those with experience in functional genomics. He or she will be
prepared to teach mathematical biology and statistics at the
undergraduate and graduate levels as well as to continue to conduct
high-quality research. Additional information about the department and
