The Society for Mathematical Biology recognizes the importance of mentoring in the development of a successful career in mathematical biology. The Society offers a pre-conference career workshop and mentoring program for the benefit of junior scientists attending its annual meetings. The goal of this program is:
- Provide information and one-to-one advice to help you with every aspect of managing your career.
- To optimize the educational and professional experience of mentees attending the conference.
- To assist the mentees’ socialization into the field of mathematical biology.
Junior scientists attending to the annual meeting are strongly encourage to register for the preconference workshop.
