Dear colleagues,
We would like to invite you to attend a free 3-day virtual workshop on Computational Modelling of Cancer Biology and Treatments, supported by the Centre de recherches mathématiques (CRM), on July 19th – 21st. This workshop will focus on computational modelling techniques (agent-based modelling, in silico clinical trials and data fitting) in cancer with the following themes:
Day 1: developing models in oncology and incorporating experimental/clinical data
Day 2: developing ABM models in cancer research
Day 3: developing complex models and using virtual patients to predict treatment outcomesRegistration for the event is available at our website, and a full program/information on the virtual meeting links will be provided closer to the date. Below is a list of the fantastic speakers that will be presenting:
Dr Richard Allen, Pfizer
Dr Morgan Craig, Sainte-Justine University Hospital Research Centre/Université de Montréal
Dr Tyler Cassidy, Los Alamos National Laboratory
Dr Lisette de Pillis, Harvey Mudd College
Dr Heiko Enderling, Moffit Cancer Centre
Dr Stacey Finley, University of California San Francisco
Dr Jill Gallaher, Moffitt Cancer Centre
Dr Thomas Hillen, University of Alberta
Dr Adrianne Jenner, Queensland University of Technology
Dr Paul Macklin, Indiana University
Dr Cicely Macnamara, University of St Andrews
Dr David Dai, Pfizer
Dr Anudeep Surendran, Université de Montréal/CRMPlease share the workshop information widely within your networks and we look forward to welcoming you (virtually) to the Computational Modelling of Cancer Biology and Treatments workshop.
Thank you,
Adrianne Jenner and Morgan Craig
